DeMar DeRozan debuted the brand new Nike Kobe AD NXT 360 on-court last night, and it's the next iteration of Kobe Bryant's post-retirement basketball sneaker. Colored in tonal black, the model's Flyknit upper wraps the foot with 360-degree construction for a secure, second-skin fit. Red accents on the heel, lower section of the upper and inner lateral section contrast the style nicely, as it's also equipped with a dual-density drop-in foam midsole made of Nike React technology and Lunarlon to complete the design altogether.
Toronto Raptors guard and unofficial Kobe line lead DeMar DeRozan debuted the model on-court against the Cleveland Cavaliers tonight. Somewhat of a fusion of the Nike Kobe 11 and Kobe A.D., the A.D. NXT 360 features 360-degree Flyknit construction, a dual-density drop-in midsole featuring Nike React technology and Lunarlon and an extended rubber chassis. Familiar Kobe and Achilles logos adorn the heel and Swoosh branding is iridescent on this pair.
DeMar DeRozan has long been a fan of Kobe Bryant — tailoring his game after his childhood idol, even becoming one of the league's most deadly midrange snipers, much like Mamba himself. Debuting several new Kobe kicks in the past, DeRozan and his Toronto Raptors squad hit the court tonight against the Cleveland Cavaliers and was snapped sporting the new Nike Kobe A.D. NXT 360.
